Palm Villa is the perfect place to spend your holiday. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a large lounge dining Area and breakfast kitchen. Throughout the property there is both hot and cold airconditioning to make your stay perfect whatever the weather. Outside the property has 3000m2 plot which has palm and fruit trees. The private swimming pool measures 10m by 5 m and is next to the huge terrace which runs the length of the villa. The terrace has a dining table and chairs and also sofas to enjoy the brilliant andalucian sunshine.
The large lounge dining area has plenty of seating for up to 8 guests and
has satellite tv, dvd player and cd player with library of cd's.
The kitchen has been finished to a very hig standard and has all the modern
conveniences such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, american fridge freezer,
wine fridge and a breakfast bar. There is also a separate utility room with
washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, also in one of the bedrooms
is a full sized cot for the younger guests.
The are two brand new bathrooms which are well equipped.
