The 18 hole course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is very hilly following the natural lie of the land which because of its situation in the spectacular Sierras de Mijas make it an extremely challenging course compelling the golfer to concentrate on their accuracy. There is also a 9 hole golf course and an 18 hole junior course - which can only be played when accompanied by a junior! Alhaurin is away from the bustle of the coast and if you want a challenge then you should try it.
